A privately owned 2 bedroom riverside lodge, providing luxurious self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people.  This self-catering holiday lodge offers plenty of space both inside and out on the large sunny decking overlooking the beck and Wansfell.
  
Tarn Hows Lodge has gas heating, electric wall mounted heaters in all rooms and double glazing keeping the lodge warm and cosy whatever the weather. There is a large extended private balcony and sun deck with an overhead canopy - perfect for sitting outside in all weathers or simply drying the dog or hanging wet clothes.

Room Descriptions:

Entrance Hall:	This lodge benefits from an  'L' shaped entrance hall leading to all of the rooms, with a full length mirror, coat rail and shoe rack.  There is a full length cupboard housing the boiler and shelves.
Kitchen:	Large fitted kitchen with a gas oven & gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and George Foreman Healthy grill.  Well equipped with kitchen untensils and crockery leading into the large open plan dinging room/lounge.
lounge/dining room:	Spacious open plan lounge/dining area - Pine dining table with 4 chairs, an ornate gas fire, two leather armchairs and a three seater leather settee.  32" lcd freeview digital television, DVD player with a good selection of DVD's for all ages and a cassette player again with a selection of CD's.  As well as a gas fire there is an electric wall mounted heater to maintain the heat in the lodge.
Bedroom 1:	This lodge benefits from a large spacious main bedroom with a king size bed, double fitted wardrobes and overhead cupboards as well as a dressing table and mirror.  A full length mirror is also wall mounted.
Bedroom 2:	Twin bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinet and reading lamp.
Bathroom	A spacious family sized bathroom with a full size bath and overhead power shower, a bathroom cabinet and mirror.
Outside:	Outside is a very large private sunny decking - fully enclosed with a gate.  An overhead canopy is ideal for sitting outside in all weathers or just for drying the dog/ wet clothes and boots. Garden table and four chairs are provided along with access to a lockable shed which houses the BBQ- please use on the grass. Parking for two cars is provided by your lodge.
